the location was far from any attractions and offered harsh, cold common areas. the room was ridden with uncleanliness, while the bathroom was left equally unsanitized. Breakfast was mediocre at best and internet access was limited to the front desk only. the only highlight was that the bed was reasonably comfortable.
The hotel failed to meet basic standards of cleanliness.

I appreciated the staff's sense of decency when I decided to checkout earlier. They did not charge me for the last night I had reserved. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating in this situation.

The location of the hotel was really convenient since it was close to the Christmas market and restaurants. The staff was helpful and greeted us nicely. The fact that breakfast was included and had a variety of options was great too.
The bathroom was not clean and the remote control did not work, even after reporting it multiple times. The internet only worked near the reception area, which was really uncomfortable due to the cold weather and limited seating options.

The location of this hotel was perfect, just a short distance from several key attractions. We also appreciated the friendly staff that was always eager to help us in any way possible. the breakfast each morning was quite delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel was a bit outdated and the temperature in the common areas was too cold. the cleaning service could have been more thorough in cleaning the bathroom.
